Currently there is a serious lack of retirement living and aged care facilities in the Doubtless Bay area.
Following an initiative by leading members of our community in 2016, a steering committee was formed to fine tune the project.
The Village is designed by the community, for the community.
Any new arrivals to Doubtless Bay are welcome to join us!
It took a lot longer than expected to get the Resource Consent for the project from the Council, but it's underway now.
